Rosco is a neutered, male Japanese Chin. Thy are not very common in this area. He is a nice healthy guy and current on his vetting and neutered. Rosco loves to sit on your lap or play ball and he even walks well on leash. Rosco is a black and white color with a plumed tail and medium length hair.He will need to be brushed several times a week and would probably benefit seeing a groomer in the spring. I like to brush my dogs even the short haired ones because it keeps their coat clean and I find it relaxing.
