As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. No Hidden Cost: You are paying one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.

NOTE: No pets are allowed.

This is a timeshare unit. There is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability. If it is within 60 days of the date of use and you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email us. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If such a unit becomes available we will notify you.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO OWN A TIMESHARE OR BELONG TO RCI - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND A TIMESHARE PRESENTATION.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name. Please ensure you provide me with the name of the person who will be checking in first.

I pay $100 to add your name to the reservation and do not just assume.

Any changes to this check-in information will result in an additional $100 fee to change the guest name.

Photo identification and credit card imprint are required at check-in for security deposit.
